  1. Before the meeting, know the Personal Meeting ID. This is different than firstname.lastname. Your Personal Meeting ID is located at the end of your Zoom URL (eg: oracle.zoom. us/j/1231231234). If you are a host, you must share your Personal Meeting ID with participants.
  2. Tap the tablet to wake it up from standby. Tap the keyboard button and enter your or the host’s Personal Meeting ID, then type the Zoom domain. The global domain is zoomcrc.com The entire dial should be similar to: 1231231234@zoomcrc.com.
  3. Tap call. If you are a host, click on the keypad button, enter your host key or meeting password, and press #. If you are a participant, enter the meeting password. • Your host key can be found in your Zoom Personal Profile. Instructions to view/change it can be found at: https://oracle.zoom.us/profile. • Note: Please do not turn the console off when exiting the room.
